Care Instructions
- Wash with room temp or cold water.
- Turn inside out for best preservation.
- Dry with normal/low heat or hang dry (recommended).
- Avoid using bleach.
- Clothing made out of cotton may shrink slightly in the wash/dryer
- Avoid high temperatures while washing/drying
- If you are washing the product for the first time, using color catcher is recommended.

How Lucid Preorders Work
Lucid preorders aren’t your typical preorders.
We’re giving you early access to our next drop at a discount. prices will be lower than usual, and once drop day hits, all preorders will be shipped immediately.
After drop day, prices go up and all new orders will ship within 1-2 days.
Unlike other brands that make you wait months for production, we already have everything in hand - ready to ship. You get a guaranteed ship date and the best price.
Preorders close April 25th.
Shipping
- We offer international shipping worldwide. All international orders are tracked. Shipping time depends on the region, but expect anywhere from 1-7 weeks due to customs & long distance.
- Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped including a tracking number.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
- All orders will be processed and taken to the post office within 1-5 days unless otherwise noted in product description or by email (or during preorder periods).
- We offer free shipping everywhere in the US (including territories).
- Shipping is in the hands of USPS, but domestic should take 3-10 days if everything goes smoothly (times may vary during preorder periods).
Sizing
- Our clothing runs slightly oversized.
- We'd recommend going with your recommended size for a slightly oversized fit or sizing down for a slimmer fit.

Shipping Provider
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE CARRIER.
Refunds/Returns or Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, if the customer believes that the item they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions down below.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at lucidworldwideinbox@gmail.com with the reasoning of the return/exchange and the information provided above.
- We will review the reasoning and if your return/exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have to cover the shipping cost to send the item back, however for exchanges we will send the correct size back free of charge. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- If the item is not in the same condition as received, returns are not permitted.
- If the item was not defected, damaged, etc.
- If the customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process.
Once A Refund Is Accepted
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at lucidworldwideinbox@gmail.com.
